    Hi Liz & Jon,

It’s all shaping up nicely. I can’t wait to see the new place, and I know you’ll be very happy there. Certainly, the baby is loving his new space!

    • We’re looking forward to seeing you in the new shop, too! It’s coming together, although sometimes it seems like a step back before a few steps forward 🙂

Welcome to the east end and congratulations on the new shop! I’m hoping to drop by on Your Grand Opening to visit and say hello. Haven’t been to your shop since before my pregnancy. Baby won’t be with us this time, but I’d love for him to meet Caleb some time. All the best, Elaine

    • Thanks so much! Yes, please stop by on Saturday! I’m looking forward to having the shop open again after the move. And I will also be looking forward to seeing your new cub soon 🙂

  3. Your tiny tree takes me back to the prologue of “A Tree Grows in Brooklyn” by Betty Smith: “There’s a tree that grows in Brooklyn. Some people call it the Tree of Heaven. No matter where its seed falls, it makes a tree which struggles to reach the sky. It grows in boarded-up lots and out of neglected rubbish heaps. It grows up out of cellar gratings. It is the only tree that grows out of cement. It grows lushly . . . survives without sun, water, and seemingly without earth.” I think it is a wonderful portent …

    • Wow, thanks for sharing! That is a wonderful way to see our small tree 🙂 It is amazing that a tiny tree can grow in the middle of our concrete jungle, and it is perfect for our small family and our small business as we grow together 🙂
